Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of sixtynine.ads, operated by sixtynine digital, Schiemond 20, 3024 EE Rotterdam, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By using the product you agree to them.
The service
sixtynine.ads lets an organization connect its Meta and Google advertising accounts, view their structure and performance, create and edit campaigns and budgets, and review a history of changes. Access is by invitation; there is no public sign-up.
Your account
- Keep your password and any two-factor device secure, and do not share your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
- Organization administrators decide who is a member and what each member may do.
Connected ad accounts
- Connect only ad accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Changes you publish through the product are sent to Meta or Google and take effect on the live ad account, including its spend. You are responsible for the changes made by your organization's members.
- Your use of each provider remains subject to that provider's own terms and advertising policies.
- You can disconnect an ad account at any time, and remove the product's access from your Meta or Google account settings.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access data of an organization you are not a member of.
- Do not interfere with the product, probe it for vulnerabilities, or bypass its limits.
- Do not use the product to break the law or the providers' policies.
Your data
Your organization keeps all rights in its advertising data. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy, and how to have it removed in Data deletion.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the product available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Figures shown in the product come from the providers and may differ from what the provider shows at a given moment. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you.
Liability
The product is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including advertising spend resulting from changes published by your organization's members or from the providers' own systems. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the product or other organizations at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes we cannot resolve together are submitted to the court of Rotterdam.
