Data deletion instructions
Last updated: 30 September 2026
You can stop sixtynine.ads from accessing your advertising accounts at any time, and you can ask us to delete the data we hold for your organization.
Remove access yourself
- In sixtynine.ads: open your organization's connections and disconnect the ad account. Syncing stops immediately.
- Meta: in Facebook, open Settings, then Business Integrations, select sixtynine.ads and choose Remove.
- Google: in your Google Account, open Security, then your connections to third-party apps and services, select sixtynine.ads and remove its access.
Removing access at Meta or Google invalidates the token we hold. It does not by itself delete the data already stored in sixtynine.ads; request that as described below.
Request deletion
Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, and tell us the name of your organization and that you want its data deleted. If you are not an administrator of the organization we will confirm the request with one. We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Every ad account connection of the organization.
- The Meta and Google access tokens stored for the organization.
- The advertising data copied from those accounts: campaigns, ad sets, ad groups, ads, budgets, performance and conversion metrics, the change history, and the record of changes made through the product.
What is kept
- The audit log of actions taken in the product, which we keep for security and accountability. It contains no advertising data and no access tokens.
- Your sign-in account (email address and name) and the audit entries that refer to it. On request we remove your organization memberships, after which the account has access to no organization.
- Backups, until they are overwritten on their regular rotation schedule.
